●      Activities – Our physical trainers will offer a customized set of programs determined through a collaborative process with your administrative staff using the data from our testing, research, and your unique knowledge of your community.

●      Education – Monthly our staff will hold educational sessions at your facility based on nutrition, activities, and other focused material. These sessions are as fun as they are impactful.

●      Testing – On a monthly basis each enrollee will receive a state of the art set of tests that help us set benchmarks, gauge progress, and direct treatment and activities.

●      Tools – Utilizing industry proven medical devices we will be able to track and make more informed decisions based on things that cannot be observed by the naked eye.

●      Tracking System – Our in house adherence and tracking system allows us to capture and catalog progress throughout the program and actively adjust to those results.

●      Reporting and Analysis – Quarterly we will meet with you and your administrative staff to review the results and analyze how the program and your community is progressing and take actions from that information.

Through our programs each of your enrollees will be given distinct direction depending upon the trends we recognize from the collected data and their personal preferences.

For any therapy to be successful it requires the participant to enjoy the activities and see positive quality of life changing results. Our staff has much experience with the aging population and has chosen this field of work to not just make a difference in people’s lives, but also because they enjoy the interactions and activities themselves. In many studies, including ones we have completed ourselves; it is very clear that to maximize the impact from these programs the participants have to look forward to the activities and education.
